If you have limited internet access, we may still be able to support you with managing your account.

You may also be able to get online through local support services, such as public libraries, community centres, council services, or digital inclusion charities.

These services may offer free internet access, device access, or help using online services.

Can someone help me manage my account?

If you have a trusted friend, family member or carer who helps you manage your finances, they may be able to support you with your account.

We may be able to add a trusted friend, family member or carer as an authorised third party.
