You’ll only get your Rewards once your friend has completed their ID checks and been issued their Zilch card.

To unlock these, add your Zilch card to a digital wallet and make a Tap and Pay purchase in-store.
Refunds and Rewards
If your order has been fully refunded by the store, any Zilch Rewards you used in that purchase will be returned to your Rewards balance. If you are only returning part of your purchase and paid with both money and Rewards, the money used will be refunded first – once that’s complete, any Rewards left in your refund amount will be refunded back to your Rewards balance.
