I’ve got missing or negative Zilch Rewards

Some Rewards can take longer to be added to your Rewards balance – for example Rewards for referring a friend may take longer than Rewards for a Pay now purchase where your card was enabled.

If you're a Zilch Plus member and earn Rewards on a Pay Over Time purchase, your Rewards will be added to your balance after you've paid your final instalment.

You'll need an active Zilch Plus membership at the time your final instalment is paid to receive them.

Note: if any of your instalments have been paid late, you won’t receive Rewards on the purchase.

Your Rewards balance may change if you receive a refund from a store.

If you earned Rewards on a Pay now purchase and later receive a refund, the Rewards earned on the refunded amount will be removed from your Rewards balance.

If you've already spent those Rewards, your Rewards balance may go into negative figures.

If you used Rewards towards a purchase and later receive a refund, the Rewards used on that purchase will be returned to your Rewards balance once the refund is processed.

For partial refunds, any money paid towards the purchase will be refunded first.

After the money paid has been refunded, any remaining refund value that was paid using Rewards will be returned to your Rewards balance.

This applies to both Pay Now and Pay Over Time purchases.

No. You do not need to repay a negative Rewards balance and you can continue using Zilch as normal.

Any new Rewards you earn will automatically reduce your negative Rewards balance.

Until your Rewards balance becomes positive again, you won't be able to apply Rewards to purchases.
