Pay now lets you pay for your full purchase amount at checkout using your linked debit card.
When you use Pay now, Zilch takes the full purchase amount from your linked debit card straight away – make sure you have enough money available in your bank account before paying, otherwise your Pay now purchase may be declined.
You can earn up to 5% back in Zilch Rewards on eligible Pay now purchases. T&Cs apply.

How much you earn depends on how you shop:
Zilch Standard customers earn up to 5% when they enable their card in the app before checkout, or up to 0.5% when they don't (for example when using Tap & Pay or Anywhere).
Zilch Plus customers earn up to 6% when they enable their card in the app before checkout, or 1.5% when they don't.
To earn the highest Rewards, open the Zilch app and enable your card before you pay.

When you choose Pay now at checkout:
Zilch takes the full purchase amount from your linked debit card immediately
Your purchase is paid in full at checkout
You may earn up to 5% back in Zilch Rewards on eligible purchases
Your Rewards appear in the app instantly
For example, if you make a £50 purchase using Pay now, Zilch will take the full £50 from your linked debit card at checkout.

No, Pay now does not include any fees.
When you use Pay now, Zilch only takes the full purchase amount from your linked debit card. No additional Pay now fees are charged.

Yes. You can set Pay now as your default purchase setting in smart settings, so all purchases – including those over £10 – default to Pay now unless you choose otherwise.
Can I use my Rewards balance with Pay now?
Can I use my Rewards balance with Pay now?
Yes. You can use your Rewards balance to pay for part or all of a Pay now purchase. Any remaining amount will be taken from your linked debit card.
