Temporary support we can offer

  • Payment breaks if you’ve lost income. You can hit pause on payments while you find your footing – this doesn’t affect your credit score.

  • Alternative communication while you’re recovering from illness – in-app, email or phone are all available formats

  • A note added to your account so our team has context and you don’t have to explain your situation again each time you get in touch.
