How to manage the Zilch account of someone you’ve lost

Everything you need to know to act on their behalf.

First off, we’re so sorry for your loss and will try and make this as easy as possible for you.

If someone’s passed away and you want to close or manage their account, you’ll need to contact Customer Support with:

  • The customer’s full name and email address

  • A copy of the death certificate (scan or photo)

We can then freeze the account, stop further payments and explain the next steps for closing or transferring the account.
