Your physical card should arrive within three to seven business days. Once it does, just activate it in the app before you start shopping.
If it’s been longer than seven business days since you ordered your card to a UK address, please contact us so we can help.
Note: delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. Rural locations may be subject to delayed card delivery due to infrequent post. Cards are sent without tracking.
We’re rolling out access to our new physical card gradually – not everyone will be able to order just yet. If you’ve got access, you’ll see it in the app and can order your card in just a few taps.
