Before you order your physical Zilch card, make sure your address is up to date. You can check and update it in the app:
Open the Zilch app
Go to Account
Select Personal details
Update your address and save your changes
If you’re unable to update your address in the app, please contact us and we’ll help you get it sorted.
Once your address is correct, go back to My account and order your physical card. We’ll send it to your updated address.
For security reasons, your card can only be delivered to the address linked to your Zilch account.
We’re rolling out access to our new physical card gradually – so not everyone will be able to order just yet. If you’ve got access, you’ll see it in the app and will be able to order your card in just a few taps.
