You won't be able to make new purchases with Zilch
You'll work directly with CRS or Zinc to agree a repayment plan
Payments towards your outstanding balance will be managed through CRS or Zinc

Once your account has been passed to CRS or Zinc, you'll need to make payments through the agreement arranged with CRS or Zinc.
