Why can't I use Zilch at certain stores?

Some stores and purchase types are not supported by Zilch.

These include businesses that provide:

  • Gambling services

  • Money transfers

  • Foreign currency exchange

  • Virtual currency exchange

  • Weapons and related accessories

Why did I receive an email about a blocked retailer?

If you've received an email about a blocked retailer, it means we were unable to process your purchase at that store.

Was I charged for a blocked retailer purchase?

No. If a retailer is blocked, your purchase will not be processed and you will not be charged.

What should I do if a retailer is blocked?

If you'd like to use Zilch, try shopping with a different store that supports Zilch payments.
