How to add your Zilch card to a digital wallet

Use Tap and Pay in-store with your Zilch card

To use Tap and Pay with Zilch, you'll need to add your Zilch card to a supported digital wallet.

Your device must support contactless payments to use Tap and Pay.

Note: This article covers adding your virtual Zilch card to a digital wallet. If you have a physical Zilch card, it works separately and does not need to be added to a wallet.

How to add your Zilch card to Apple Wallet

To add your Zilch card to Apple Wallet:

  1. Open the Zilch app.

  2. Tap View next to your Zilch card.

  3. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.

  4. Follow the steps shown on screen.

Tip: Make sure your device is running iOS 18 or later to access all payment options in Apple Wallet. To check, go to Settings > General > Software Update.

How to add your Zilch card to Google Wallet

To add your Zilch card to Google Wallet:

  1. Open the Zilch app.

  2. Tap View next to your Zilch card.

  3. Tap Add to Google Wallet.

  4. Follow the steps shown on screen.

How to add your Zilch card to Samsung Wallet

To add your Zilch card to Samsung Wallet:

  1. Open the Zilch app.

  2. Tap View next to your Zilch card.

  3. Tap Add to Samsung Wallet.

  4. Follow the steps shown on screen.

If Samsung Wallet does not appear, check that Samsung Wallet is set as your default wallet in your phone settings.

How to add your Zilch card to Apple Watch

Before adding your Zilch card to Apple Watch, make sure your Apple Watch is turned on and close to your iPhone.

To add your Zilch card to Apple Watch:

  1. Open the Zilch app.

  2. Go to Account.

  3. Select Manage card settings.

  4. Select Add to Apple Watch.

  5. Make a note of your unique CVV, as you'll need it during setup.

  6. Tap Open Apple Watch app.

  7. Under Other Cards on Your Phone, add your Zilch card.

  8. Enter your CVV when prompted.

How to use Tap and Pay with Zilch

Before making an in-store purchase with Tap and Pay, open the Zilch app and enable your Zilch card for the store you're shopping with. Enabling your card in the app gives you:

  • Lower fees on Pay over 6 weeks or Pay over 3, 6 or 12 months

  • Higher Rewards when you Pay now

Why can't I add my Zilch card to a digital wallet?

If you're having trouble adding your Zilch card to a digital wallet, check that:

  • Your device software is up to date

  • Your digital wallet app is installed

  • Contactless payments are enabled on your device

Why isn't Tap and Pay working?

If Tap and Pay is not working, check that:

  • NFC is turned on

  • Your Zilch card is selected in your digital wallet

  • The store accepts Visa contactless payments
