What are Zilch Rewards?

You can earn Rewards every time you make a Pay now purchase with Zilch. You can also get bonus Rewards when you refer a friend.

If applying Rewards takes your basket below the minimum spend, your payment type may change or be declined.

You still earn Rewards on any part of a Pay now purchase not paid with Rewards. For example, on a £10 purchase with £2 in Rewards, you'll still earn Rewards on the £8 paid with your Zilch card.

No, when you toggle your Rewards on, the whole amount will be applied.

If your Rewards are more than your total amount, they'll cover your whole purchase cost and the excess will remain in your Rewards balance.

If your Rewards are less than your total amount, they'll be applied in full and the rest will be paid for with your Zilch card.

We don't refund the Rewards you apply to a purchase unless your purchase was cancelled by the store (and not by you). Your total refund amount will be the purchase total, minus the portion you paid with Rewards.
