How do I report fraud?

Let us know if you spot fraud or unrecognised purchases on your account.

If something doesn't seem right about your account, please get in touch as soon as possible either by contacting Customer Support or starting a Live Chat in the app.

What should I do right now?

Get in touch immediately via Live Chat or call us on +44 (0)20 3405 9775 if you experience any of the following:

You should also freeze your card in the Zilch app – head to My Account, Zilch card settings and tap Freeze card.

You can also report the scam to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.
