What should I do right now?
Get in touch immediately via Live Chat or call us on +44 (0)20 3405 9775 if you experience any of the following:
Signs that someone else has accessed your account
Concerns that someone may have viewed your card details
Emails from Zilch when you didn't sign up to Zilch
You've lost the device you use to view your Zilch card
You should also freeze your card in the Zilch app – head to My Account, Zilch card settings and tap Freeze card.
You can also report the scam to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.
