What is Zilch Anywhere?

Find out how to use Zilch at any store.

Zilch Anywhere lets you use your Zilch card to Pay now or Pay over time at any store, even if the store does not appear in the Zilch app.

How to use Zilch Anywhere online

To use Zilch Anywhere for an online purchase:

  1. Open the Zilch app.

  2. Tap View next to your Zilch card.

  3. Select Online.

  4. Select how you want to pay.

  5. Tap Continue.

  6. Once your card is enabled, go to the website where you’d like to shop.

  7. When you're ready to check out, return to the Zilch app to view your Zilch card details.

  8. Complete your purchase using your Zilch card details.

How to use Zilch Anywhere in-store

To use Zilch Anywhere for an in-store purchase:

  1. Open the Zilch app.

  2. Tap View next to your Zilch card.

  3. Select In-store.

  4. Select how you want to pay.

  5. Tap Continue.

  6. Tap again to open your digital wallet.

  7. Pay using Tap and Pay or your physical Zilch card.

Using Zilch Anywhere with a digital wallet

To use Zilch Anywhere with Tap and Pay in-store, you'll need to add your Zilch card to your digital wallet first.

You can add your Zilch card to:

  • Apple Wallet

  • Google Wallet

  • Samsung Wallet

Is there a fee for Zilch Anywhere?

Yes, Zilch Anywhere has fees depending on the payment option you choose.

Zilch Anywhere fees for Pay over 6 weeks

If you use Pay over 6 weeks with Zilch Anywhere:

  • Purchases up to £75: £3–£3.50 fee

  • Purchases over £75: £4–£4.50 fee

Zilch Anywhere fees for Pay over 3 months, Pay over 6 months and Pay over 12 months

If you use Pay over 3 months, Pay over 6 months or Pay over 12 months with Zilch Anywhere:

  • 1.8% fee per month*

*Equivalent fee added to the total repayment amount and paid monthly.

How to get lower or no fees

You may be able to get lower or no fees by searching for a store in the Zilch app and enabling your card before making a purchase – there are thousands of stores with no fees in the app, so keep an eye out.
