There is no cost to:

  • Download the Zilch app

  • Create a Zilch account

  • Use Pay now

Some Zilch features may include fees depending on how you choose to pay and how you use the Zilch app.

Zilch never charges:

  • Late fees

  • Interest on missed payments

You'll always see any applicable fees before confirming a purchase.

Are there fees for Pay now?

No. Pay now purchases do not have fees.

Are there fees for Pay over 6 weeks?

Some Pay over 6 weeks purchases may include fees.

Pay over 6 weeks fees can depend on:

  • The store

  • How you use Zilch

  • Whether you enable your Zilch card before checkout

How can I reduce Zilch fees?

Some stores in the Zilch app offer lower-fee or no-fee Pay over time options.

You may also be able to reduce fees by enabling your Zilch card before checkout.

To enable your Zilch card:

  1. Open the Zilch app.

  2. Select Online or In-store.

  3. Search for your store.

  4. Choose your payment option.

  5. Enable your Zilch card.

Can I reduce my fees by repaying early?

You can’t reduce Zilch purchase fees by paying early. Your total fee is always shown at checkout and still applies if you repay your balance early – this applies to both Pay over 6 weeks and Pay monthly.

Are Zilch fees refundable?

Fees for Pay over time purchases are usually non-refundable once a purchase has been completed.

However, if a retailer cancels an order or is unable to complete an order, we may be able to review and refund applicable fees.
