What is tastecard?

tastecard is a UK dining and lifestyle membership that gives members access to discounts across thousands of venues.

Most participating restaurants offer 2-for-1 meals or 50% off food. tastecard also includes offers on cinema tickets, attractions and selected retail and online partners.

Do I get a tastecard with my Zilch Plus membership?

Yes. Zilch Plus members receive a tastecard membership at no additional cost. tastecard is not available on the Standard or Zilch Extra plans.

How long do I have to redeem my tastecard code?

You'll need to redeem your tastecard code within three months of starting your Zilch Plus membership.

How long is my tastecard membership valid for?

Once your tastecard membership has been activated, it remains valid for as long as you remain a Zilch Plus member.

How do I activate my tastecard membership?

To activate your tastecard membership:

  1. Open the Zilch app.

  2. Go to the My plan page.

  3. Select tastecard.

  4. Select Get my code.

  5. Copy the code.

  6. Select Activate my tastecard.

  7. Follow the prompts to install the tastecard app and register for an account.

  8. Enter your tastecard code during registration.

Once you've completed registration, your tastecard membership will be activated.

Where can I use my tastecard membership?

tastecard can be used at thousands of locations across the UK, including participating restaurant chains and independent restaurants.

tastecard can also be used for cinema tickets and selected attractions.

To find participating venues, use the tastecard app or visit the tastecard website.

My tastecard code doesn't work

If your tastecard code isn't working:

  1. Copy the code from the tastecard section of the Zilch app.

  2. Choose Redeem code or gift card during tastecard registration.

  3. Paste the code into the registration form.

  4. Check there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the code.
