Once your physical Zilch card arrives in the post, you’ll need the reference on the back of the card to activate it in the app. Here's how:
Open the Zilch app
Go to Account
Tap the banner to activate your new Zilch card
Enter the card reference on-screen and follow the steps
Remember: to get lower fees and higher Rewards, enable your physical card in the app each time before using it in-store.
We’re rolling out access to our new physical card gradually – so not everyone will be able to order just yet. If you’ve got access, you’ll see it in the app and will be able to order your card in just a few taps.
