You can change your PIN at any cash machine from a major high-street bank in the UK – just insert your card, choose PIN services and follow the on-screen steps.

We’re rolling out access to our new physical card gradually – so not everyone will be able to order just yet. If you’ve got access, you’ll see it in the app and will be able to order your card in just a few taps.
