My physical Zilch card hasn't arrived yet – what should I do?

How to get in touch if your physical Zilch card hasn’t arrived.

Your physical Zilch card should arrive within three to five business days. If it’s been longer than 7 business days since you ordered your card to a UK address, please get in touch via Live Chat and we’ll look into it for you.

We’re rolling out access to our new physical card gradually – so not everyone will be able to order just yet. If you’ve got access, you’ll see it in the app and will be able to order your card in just a few taps.
