Can I order more than one physical Zilch card?

Everything you need to know about keeping your card safe.

To keep things secure, you can only have one active physical Zilch card per account. If your card is working, you won’t be able to order another.

If you’ve lost your card or think it’s been stolen, freeze it in the app:

  • Open the Zilch app

  • Go to Account

  • Select Zilch card settings

  • Toggle on Freeze card

Freezing your card won’t affect any instalments or refunds.

If you’re worried about suspicious activity, don’t unfreeze your card – get in touch with us via the Zilch app as soon as possible so we can help keep your account safe.

We’re rolling out access to our new physical card gradually – so not everyone will be able to order just yet. If you’ve got access, you’ll see it in the app and will be able to order your card in just a few taps.
