Can I order more than one physical Zilch card?

Everything you need to know about keeping your card safe.

To keep things secure, you can only have one active Zilch card per account. If your card is working, you won’t be able to order another.

If you’ve lost your card or think it’s been stolen, freeze it in the app:

  • Open the Zilch app

  • Go to Account

  • Select Zilch card settings

  • Toggle on Freeze card

Freezing your card won’t affect any instalments or refunds.
