To order a physical Zilch card:
Open the Zilch app.
Go to Account.
Tap Order physical card.
Follow the steps shown on screen.
We'll send your physical Zilch card to the address linked to your Zilch account.

Before ordering a physical Zilch card, make sure your address is up to date.
To update your address:
Open the Zilch app.
Go to Account.
Select Personal details.
Update your address and save your changes.
For security reasons, physical Zilch cards can only be sent to the address linked to your Zilch account.

No. You can only have one active physical Zilch card linked to your account at a time.
If your existing physical Zilch card is working, you won't be able to order another physical Zilch card.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Physical Zilch cards are sent without tracking.
