What is Zilch Plus?
Zilch Plus is our new membership plan, built to give you more back every time you shop. As a member, you’ll unlock higher Rewards – even on credit purchases – more flexibility and a chance to shape what’s coming next.
It’s currently free for selected customers as part of a limited trial – but this is just the beginning. We’ll be adding more features in the coming months to give you even better value.
What do I get with Zilch Plus?
If you join Zilch Plus, you’ll get:
1% Rewards when you Pay over 6 weeks or Pay over 3 months
3–6% Rewards when you Pay now
The flexibility to spend Rewards however you like – even when you Tap and Pay or use Zilch Anywhere
Faster answers with Priority Customer Support
To unlock your higher Rewards, you need to enable your Zilch card in the app before checkout. The Zilch Anywhere button is excluded from earning higher Rewards, so make sure you’re using your card the right way to get the most out of your membership.
If you use Zilch Anywhere or don't enable your card before checkout, you'll receive 0.5% back in Rewards.
When will I receive my Rewards?
When you Pay now, your Rewards will show in the app instantly.
Rewards on Pay over 6 weeks or Pay over 3 months purchases land after you’ve paid your final instalment – and you’ll need an active Zilch Plus plan at that time to receive them.
What is Priority Customer Support?
You’ll get quicker response times and a more premium experience. These benefits are on top of access to core services like support for complaints, credit issues, financial difficulty and vulnerability.
How do I join?
If you’ve been invited to take part, you’ll see the option to start your free trial in the app. It takes seconds to activate and you can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like in the app. You’ll keep your Zilch Plus perks until your next billing date.
If you switch back to our free Standard plan, you’ll still keep any Rewards you’ve already earned and received. But if you don’t have an active Zilch Plus membership at the point you finish paying off a credit purchase, any pending Rewards linked to that purchase won’t be added to your account.
Can I try it for free?
Right now, Zilch Plus is available as a free one-month trial for selected customers. After that, the membership will cost £3.99 a month.
Is the membership fee refundable?
We can't refund the membership fee once your membership has been activated – even if you’ve only used it for a few days or don’t plan to use it for the whole month. But it's quick and easy to cancel in the app.
Anything else I should know?
We’ve updated our general terms and conditions to include Zilch Plus. You can find them in the My plan section of the app any time.
