I don't recognize a transaction

Find out what to do if you don’t recognize a transaction in your Zilch account

If you see any unrecognized activity on your Zilch account, let us know immediately by getting in touch with our Customer Support Team.

Before reporting an unrecognized charge, please be sure:

  • You are the only person in your household who has used your account

  • You did not select your Zilch card as the method of payment during checkout

  • It is not a payment for a subscription or membership

If you still do not recognize the transaction, you can contact our Support team.
