Here's what to do if you don't recognize an Amazon purchase

If you see an Amazon purchase on your Zilch account you do not recognize, we suggest to check your Amazon account for further information.

Within Amazon, go to Your Account and click on Your Payments. Under the Transaction tab within the payments page, you will be able to see what transactions have been made against which card.

We would suggest contacting Amazon first, as they will be able to share some more information regarding the unrecognized transaction.

If you need to remove your Zilch card from your Amazon account, you can do so by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Your Account.

  2. Tap Your Payments.

  3. Tap Wallet.

From here, you can see all the cards assigned to your account.
