Refunding Zilch fees
Any fees you paid to use Zilch Anywhere, Pay over 6 weeks or Pay over 3 months can't be refunded unless the store is responsible for cancelling or failing to complete your order.
Can I get a refund on my Rewards?
You can. If your order has been fully refunded by the store, any Zilch Rewards you used in that purchase will be returned to your Rewards balance. If you are only returning part of your purchase and paid with both money and Rewards, the money used will be refunded first – once that’s complete, the the Rewards used will be refunded up until the refund amount.
The store cancelled my order
