If you haven't received your item, it has arrived damaged, or was not as described, please reach out to the retailer directly.

Unfortunately, because we did not sell you the item directly, we will be unable to resolve this.

If after fourteen days of contacting the retailer you do not get a resolution, you can contact our Customer Support Team.
