If you'd like to use a UK birth certificate as proof of ID, you'll need to select the Passport option during the verification process.
Our identity verification partner, Onfido, looks for photographic ID by default. Because of this, it may take a few attempts for the system to accept a UK birth certificate.
If your UK birth certificate isn't accepted the first time, try uploading the document again until Onfido allows you to submit it.
