Zilch

You can close your Zilch account in the Zilch app once all outstanding payments have been repaid.

Closing your Zilch account will immediately deactivate your Zilch card.

Go to the Account icon in the top-left corner.

1. Open the Zilch app.
2. Go to the Account icon in the top-left corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Deactivate account.

No. You won't be able to close your Zilch account if you still have payments due.

Before closing your Zilch account, you'll need to:

- Make all remaining payments OR repay your instalments early

If you're considering closing your Zilch account because you're concerned about fraud, please get in touch first.

We may be able to cancel your Zilch card and issue a replacement card without closing your Zilch account.
